Tristen is a proud alumna of Central Michigan University and Shenandoah University, where she honed her skills and gained the knowledge necessary to excel in spine care. With a passion for understanding the intricacies of pain and its impact on patients’ lives, she consults with individuals to comprehend their hindrances thoroughly.

At VSI, Tristen goes beyond just diagnosing pain; she collaborates with patients and our physicians to develop personalized solutions aimed at managing their pain and improving their overall quality of life. Beyond the clinic, Tristen’s heart lies in her family. She is married with two daughters, a cat and a hamster. In her free time, Tristen enjoys a well-rounded lifestyle, embracing activities such as spending quality time with family and friends, staying active through workouts, cheering on her favorite sports teams, engaging in creative crafts, exploring her culinary skills through cooking, and reveling in the beauty of the outdoors.
