Jason Arnett
Providing comprehensive rehabilitation and functional fitness Jason Arnett is our in-house Athletic Trainer at VSI Physical Therapy. He plays a crucial role in guiding individuals transitioning from physical therapy to optimal function and competition. With a passion for enhancing lives and empowering patients, Jason employs a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to foster recovery and independence.
Jason’s expertise extends beyond traditional boundaries. While he works with athletes seeking to overcome injury and return to competition safely with sustainable results, Jason is equally committed to providing medical services to a diverse range of patients. His focus lies in creating active, exercise-based plans of care that empower individuals to regain control of their health and build long-term activity tolerance.
Jason chose to join VSI Physical Therapy because he resonates with the vision of improving lives and empowering patients. His favorite quote, “He who treats the site of pain is lost” by Karel Lewit, reflects his holistic approach to rehabilitation, emphasizing the importance of addressing the root cause rather than temporarily alleviating symptoms.
When he’s not passionately assisting patients on their journey to recovery, Jason is an avid sports fan who can be found cheering on the Los Angeles Angels, Washington Redskins, and Washington Capitals. Beyond the world of sports, he explores his artistic side as an aspiring guitarist and enjoys the strategic intricacies of poker. Jason’s brushes with fame include celebrities such as Steffi Graf, Anna Kournikova, and Sir Elton John.
